Our name is a tribute to the "Mal Pas" — the small cove of fine sand that lies just below us. Located in the timeless Plaza de la Señoría, our building sits at the iconic Mirador, where the history of the old town meets the vastness of the sea.

We have transformed a historic location into a collection of contemporary residences, honouring the character of our surroundings while prioritising modern clarity. We are an independent project dedicated to a refined kind of hospitality — one where the Mediterranean horizon is the true protagonist and every detail is designed for stillness.
