Terms & Conditions

Check-in 15:00–20:00, check-out 08:00–11:00. If you need to arrive outside those hours, tell us in advance: it can almost always be arranged.

No immediate charge: your booking is held without an upfront payment. A secure payment link will be sent to your email 21 days prior to your arrival.

Flexibility: you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 21 days before your stay.

Last-minute stays: for reservations made within 21 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of confirmation to secure your space.

The minimum stay and the rate for each season are confirmed when we answer your request, before you pay anything.

No pets, and the apartments are smoke-free.

No parties or celebrations of any kind. Quiet hours run from 00:00 to 8:00. These are residential buildings.

The number of guests may not exceed the capacity stated on the apartment listing.

By law, ID cards or passports for everyone staying must be presented at check-in.

Any damage caused during the stay is the responsibility of the person who made the booking.
