What is collected: whatever you enter in the booking request or contact form (name, surname, email, telephone, citizenship if you give it, dates and number of guests) and any message you add. The IP address the form was sent from is also stored, as a safeguard against automated submissions.

What it is used for: solely to answer your request, manage the booking and meet the legal obligations that come with tourist accommodation. If you tick the relevant box, also to send you news and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Legal basis: performance of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship at your request, your consent for marketing messages, and the legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.

How long it is kept: requests that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Data from actual bookings is kept for the periods required by tax and traveller-registration rules.

Mandatory disclosures: Spanish tourist accommodation law requires guest details to be reported to the competent authorities.

Web analytics: if you accept the analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) collects browsing data — pages viewed, time on site, device, country and a truncated IP address — to produce aggregate statistics.
